Ruth’s Hope exists…
To cultivate generations of Christ-centered relationships among women.
This is done through four distinct platforms:
- Speaking and Training
- Mentor / Mentee Development
The primary work is focused on the principle that legacy matters: the need to live life on purpose and invest in future generations. Regardless of age, a woman can pour into another who is younger, while at the same time being poured into herself by a more seasoned woman. The mentoring process is intentional, practical, biblical and highly relational. The benefits are exponential as we do life together, learn together, serve together and grow together.

We love to share our passion for mentoring and cultivating real relationships. As founder of Ruth’s Hope, Karen is available to speak for your women’s group, church, or ministry event. To discuss availability for your women’s group or event, email Karen. Click here to view her topics.
One of my greatest joys is seeing women of faith find the courage and passion to serve other women as mentors. Mentoring requires a love for God, humility, patience and a sacrificial love for others. I help women discover how God can use them as a mentor, and then I equip and release them to the service of others.
Quite often I meet young women who have longed for a mentor for years. Understanding the great need to be mentored, I help women gain confidence to discern and approach a potential mentor. I love to help women to begin to navigate the relationship and release them to journey the mentor relationship with confidence.
Retreats can be life-giving. An invitation to pull away from the busyness and pull of daily responsibilities. Ruth’s Hope offers retreats from time to time to focus on a specific theme. I am also available to discuss what value I might be able to offer as a Key Note or Breakout Speaker for your next event.
